Unlike the foam in many figure cases it lacks the bobbles to rest miniatures against and yes, you only get one sheet in the ghoul box...so get 2? I'm not sure what you mean by the sheet of foam. Is this foam already cut to allow you to place the ghouls in their "slots" ? These reviews are an excellent idea.
